Viet Film Fest 2016 to celebrate new venue and festival lineup at red carpet launch party
The Vietnamese American Arts and Letters Association (VAALA) is excited to invite the public to a star-studded party to officially launch Viet Film Fest 2016. The free event will take place on March 6th, from 4-6pm, at Viet Film Fest’s new home, AMC Orange 30 (in The Outlets of Orange, formerly, The Block). The evening will include a press conference announcing the official selection, debut of the 2016 official festival trailer, and live entertainment featuring singer, Bich Van; guitarist, Nguyen Thai Minh, pop group, Kitty Antix, and dance crew, The Movement. Selected filmmakers and cast will be in attendance. The screening guide and box office will also be available online at this time. Viet Film Fest 2016 will take place April 14-17, 2016.
