Doan Minh Phuong and Doan Thanh Nghia

Doan Minh Phuong and Doan Thanh Nghia were born in Viet Nam. When the war ended, Phuong went to Germany and Nghia to America. Phuong and Nghia returned to Viet Nam in the early 1 990s. They spent 10 years researching their first feature Bride of Silence. Phuong is a writer, documentary filmmaker and art curator. Nghia is a photographer and sculptor.
