Kevin Cao

A native of Boston, MA, Kevin Cao (age 23) began shooting and editing film shorts in his early teens. He recently moved to Los Angeles to pursue his dreams of acting. Kevin soon realized that he could not have power over his true destiny. After being told what to do by numerous people on set, he decided to go back to his roots of film editing and take a step out of the camera lights and make his way back behind the camera. Growing up Kevin has always applied himself by writing creatively, shooting, and editing his own sketches. Within a year Kevin trained himself on everything from technology of HD cameras (Panasonic HVX200, Sony XDcam, RED) to post (from imovie to Final Cut Pro and After Effects). Now with his accumulated knowledge and tools he has found what he truly loves in life. Kevin can see his destiny more clearly – as a director!
