Dinh Lu

Dinh Lu was born in Viet Nam. To be reunited with his father and brother after the end of the war, he and his family immigrated to the United States. He grew up in San Angelo, a town in West Texas. After graduating from Angelo State University with a BA, he applied and was accepted into Chapman School of Film and Media Arts. An aspiring filmmaker, Dinh Lu wants to make films about experiences that speak to him and other Asian Americans. He believes Asian Americans need to see themselves more in film and television and contribute to American culture.
