Bobby Vu

“In order to be a good director, you must have the ability to truly understand your surroundings in every aspect,” quotes Bobby Vu.  Not taking the normal route that most directors go through, Bobby began his career as a freelance graphic artist, which then later transitioned into getting a degree in media arts and animation.  There, he learned the basic principles of how to animate 2D and 3D and also developed his storytelling skills through motion picture.  After developing his skills through the years as an artist, Bobby is ready to pursue his passion as a film director creating films that can both impact how people feel emotionally and leaving a lasting impression.  After filming several short films, animations, TV commercials and music videos, Bobby says to himself, “this is what I live for.”
